Machinery

  1. Automatic Quick Mold Change to change the mold automatically in a few minutes by pushing a button at Model PS and Model TG series Concrete Products Machines. — Note: Height change needs another few minutes. Mold Change Time doesn’t include the time for changing cut-off plate of feed drawer and agitator.

  2. Variable Vibrator to change both amplitude and revolution from control panel. It can be mounted on Model PS, TG and V series Concrete Products Machines and also can make it easy to find a suitable vibration to each product.

  3. Model PS and TG series Concrete Products Machines can produce from very low height product (30 mm) to high product (up to 300 mm). As an option, 7/8”(22.2 mm) can be the minimum height.

  4. Model PS-100V-500H Concrete Products Machine “GIANT” can produce up to 500 mm(20”) high product. Its available Mold Cavity is 1260 mm (W) x 1030mm(L) x 500 mm(H).

  5. Model AF-3 and TSP-12 Splitter with two top blade cylinders and floating table which can reduce the cull rate to minimum. Carbide tipped blade with long service life is also the first in the industry.

  6. Model TSP-12RB Splitter with revolving blade holders which can make the time of blade change down to 5 minutes.

  7. Dual Splitting Line with Center Conveyor for a big board plant which can make it possible to handle split products and non-split products automatically with high efficiency.

  8. Model CC Cubing Machine with overhead 4-way clamper and pull-plate which can handle almost all products without dropping. Segmental Tier Clamper at Model CP series cubing machine which makes it easy to clamp the tier of product with random width. In-line Weight Scale to scale both the product on a pallet and a empty pallet to see the density of the product by weight. In-line Height Scale to scale the height of product on a molding pallet

Control and Program

  1. Auto Feed Program at Model PS and TG series concrete products machines to adjust the feeding time according to the density of product. This is available at other Models as an option.

  2. Operator friendly GOT with versatile functions at Model PS and TG series concrete products machines which can show the history of errors, production report, mold cycles to be used, Graphics for trouble shooting, etc.

  3. Modem is available at Control Panel for remote monitoring and control as an option.

  4. Product Map at the kiln for PTS to show the location of products in the kiln with different colors up to 7 kinds.
