TIGER manufactures the world’s most innovative and wide line of concrete masonry, cubing, and packaging equipment in the industry. All equipment is available in a variety of configurations, formats and styles. TIGER manufactures not only one type of cubing system, but multiple cubing and packaging systems.

TIGER cubing systems take the dry/cured concrete products - once removed from their curing chambers -, and stack them into storage and transport cubes. The cubes can then optionally be delivered to a steel or plastic strapping/banding, and/or stretch/shrink wrapping station(s) prior to their delivery by transport conveyors to a designated pick up area; where normally the cubes are taken to the storage yard and/or to delivery trucks. TIGER cubers can be as simple as a self supported overhead manual cubing clamp, or as sophisticated as a large multi-format, multi-system cuber combination, that combines two (2) or more cubing systems of different types together to make a “Super-Cuber” capable of cubing/packaging any product. Each cuber can be set up in semi-automatic or various fully automatic modes.

From the manual cubing clamp to the Super-Cuber, TIGER offers four (4) basic cuber types (each available in different sizes and configurations as well as operating hands -LH & RH-). These cuber types are: Series CC Cubers, CU cubers, CP Cubers and series PP Cubers. Each series uses a proven design specific to certain group of applications when manufacturing certain products such as retaining wall units and paving stone units and/or standard concrete masonry block & brick. Most TIGER cubers can handle 80% commonality of products. The series CP cubers are slider carriage plate (available with overhead side-feed with raising pusher) with side guides and clamps floor type pusher cubers with elevators. The CC series are available with a variety of pattern-maker and pre-pattern-maker automation units. The series CC cubers are overhead type large four (4) way clamp automatic cubers using a pull plate. The series CP cubers are traditional partially elevated combination push plate, overhead clamp cubers.

The CP series cubers utilize segmented tier clamps which use their own hydraulic cylinder respectively for each segment. The series PP cubers are fully elevated two (2) way tier clamp and pull plate combination cubers. TIGER cubers are complemented by a series of single, double and triple push depalleters with our without turntables available for use with most TIGER handling systems and designed to help the cubers achieve pattern formation faster and expedite productivity. In addition to those depalleters, TIGER offers a variety of automatic block turnover machines, cube wood pallet injectors, and cube wood & block pallet injectors.
