Handling Products

TIGER manufactures the most extensive and innovative line of product handling and curing equipment in the industry. We offer a variety of configurations. TIGER has not one, but many handling systems capable of taking the green/wet or uncured newly manufactured product to its curing chambers and, once cured, delivering it to its cubing and packaging stations.

For example, TIGER offers Automatic Rack Loading and Unloading systems to be used in conjunction with Fork-lift-trucks. This is our lowest cost and easiest to install and operate system suitable for smaller facilities or facilities with limited space. TIGER also has automatic rack transfer systems, available in multiple configurations; The CR model series low profile rack transfer system, including a high capacity version; the RTS model series RACK Transfer System. These are high speed, durable, reliable systems, very easy to operate, using the proven rack-on-car car system which can be set-up in multiple formats and configurations.

TIGER also offers a complete line of “Finger-Car-Type” Pallet Transporter Systems, (PTS). These systems eliminate the need for racks, instead using built-in shelving within the tall and narrow curing kilns. PTS systems are practical, simple, and efficient. Their kiln shelving can be made from steel racking; galvanized racking, or concrete castings and/or concrete block wall-and-shelve systems.

“First-in-First-Out” and “First-in-Last-Out” systems options are available for many of the TIGER PTS and rack-on-car systems. Many systems allow for the use of separate loading and unloading transfer-cars and also available is a two (2) finger-car set up. (Dual pallet transport finger car mechanisms) Last but not least, TIGER also has available a special “SINGLE PALLET HANDLING SYSTEM." This is a one at-a-time pallet track handling and curing system. The system is completely enclosed and suitable for use with a variety of products, and is specially suited for new plant and retrofit plant projects where space is limited.

Curing configurations vary from system to system, but at TIGER each of our systems allow the incorporation of a cure cycle in any of these formats; Natural Cure, Steam Cure, Wet-Vaporization-Steam Cure, Water and Combustion Product Curing and Heating, and the most popular one today, Room Temperature Water Mist Curing.
