L&M Series

The TIGER L & M Series concrete product making machines cover TIGER’S smallest machines. They are very simple to operate and have a very rugged design. They are built for a long operating life-cycle and flawless daily operation. Their great reliability is in part due to their unique design that makes operation, maintenance and repair simple and easy. They are one of the most affordable concrete product making machines in the world for their size and production capacity. With an extremely small footprint, they take very little room in your plant. They are a perfect entry level industrial production sized machine to get started in the concrete masonry products industry.

This Series of machines uses medium hydraulic pressures for safety. This feature also makes obtaining replacement hydraulic components easy, as they are readily available in most countries.

The L & M Series rely on a proven “mold vibration” design with a simple pair of counter-rotating mold vibrator shafts with counterweights that create the vibro-compacting force. Their compaction by vibration is very strong and it is provided by two vibrator motors sized especially for each model machine.

Their product pallet size and the power of these vibrating motors provide greater force per surface area of the products pallet than many other machines of comparable size in the market, thus producing high quality concrete masonry units. These machines allow for rapid mold change, which saves time and allows multiple mold changes per shift if required to make a variety of products.

This Series includes the model L-2, M-2, M-2J, M-3, and M-4. Each model is designed to suit the varying needs of growing small & medium sized plants.

All of these machines are available for 3 phase AC industrial, voltages of 200-210-220-380-440-460- & 480 Volts, and 50 Hz and 60 Hz varieties.

These machines can be set-up in a variety of automation levels, starting with a very simple manual offbearing plant (STAGE-1). They are upgradeable to be used with an automatic rack-loader and unloader system with hand, manual or semi-automatic cubing (STAGE-2). Finally they can be configured utilizing an automatic rack transfer system model RT-CR with semi-automatic or fully automatic cubing. The L & M Series are very versatile machines with great production capacity and value for their size.
