TG-Series Concrete Products Machines

The TG Series of concrete products machines is TIGER’S largest, fastest and most sophisticated machine series offered for the production of high quality concrete masonry units. These machines are truly multi-purpose machines capable of making concrete block, brick, retaining wall products and other landscape and hardscape products.

The TG Series are the most durable, reliable and consistent producers in the market, yet they are incredibly easy to operate and maintain. One more very attractive feature of these machines is their automatic mold change system. This system is capable of making product mold changes in less than five (5) minutes for most products of the same type and height, and approximately 15 to 20 minutes for products of completely different height, size and configuration including agitator, height pins and cut-off plate change. Some molds can be changed in as little as two (2) minutes.

This series of machines includes the models TG-3, TG-4, TG-5, TG-6 and the model TG-12 the largest of its kind in the world. The TG-3 is the smallest (3 at-a-time – 20 cm/8” block) and the TG-12 being the largest (12 at-a-time – 20 cm/8” block). The TG Series of machines are capable of making most concrete products of the outmost quality and density, The TG Series can store up to 99 production patterns or operating configuration parameters in its PLC memory. They utilize a friendly touch-screen graphic operator interface. Examples of these parameters are: vibration program, timers, de-molding speed, etc. The control panel software has also electrical and system troubleshooting sub-routines, error history, automatic feed production reports and many other time saving and record keeping features.

The TG Series can manufacture products from 40mm and up to 300 mm in height with no difficulty whatsoever and with the same consistent density and finish at all heights. These machines are available with a movable face-feed drawer option for the manufacture of dual layer products that is intrinsically designed with the machine from its inception as part of it, and not as an after-thought.The TG Series utilizes powerful variable vibrators (A true programmable vibration system) which allow true variable amplitude and frequency control. Amplitude can be set from 0 to its maximum force and frequency from 0 and up to 3,000 rpm). No clutches are used to stop the vibrating shafts, saving maintenance costs.

In the TG Series of machines the change of a mold does not require the effort required in competitive equipment. Its unique mold change format saves time, and allows multiple mold changes per shift if required to make a variety of products. Furthermore, to aid in production, maintenance and simplicity of repair the complete compression head can be removed out of the machine with the simple push of a button.
