In-Line & Off-Line Chainers
Another way to provide an antique look to pavers and other concrete products is to use a Tiger Chainer System.
Chainers can be set up both in-line, and off-line. The chainer system offers a single station set-up where a rotating drum with a single size chain provides all the surface antiquing required for the end products. A high vacuum dust collecting system is required for these types of units (Not provided by Tiger).
This system can be coupled with various models of in-line cuber systems of different levels of automation. Adding or subtracting more units can obtain different end-product finishes. Off-line chainers are suitable for very large and large production facilities to maximize production line speeds. In-line chainers are more suitable for large and medium facilities as they will handle their production rates more efficiently.
