Our TIGER offbearing hoist systems (truss-crane based) are simple, effective and an economic way to handle most smaller machinery production with speeds up to a maximum of 4 to 5 Cycles per minute. These sem-manual handling systems still permit the operation of an automated concrete products machine.

These systems are available in multiple configurations, with single or dual hoists, with and without loading and unloading conveyors, and with and without depalleting and palle return systems. These systems are designed to work with a variety of semi-automatic or fully automatic machines as well as being adaptable for use with other brands of block machines.

In addition to all those benefits, these systems can be easy upgraded to an ARLU Series Automatic Rack Loader and Unloader unit, re-using some of the existing elements of the hoist plant (When in dual hoist configuration). The systems can use single, double or triple bay steel racks. Racks sizes are made to accommodate the production capacity of almost all the types and models of Tiger concrete products machines and competitive machines.
