Block Turnover Systems
Our brick and block turnovers are among the most robust and sophisticated in the market today.
Not only do we offer our production partners the widest range of turn control options on the market, but our machines come in a wide variety of models capable of handling the output of a
concrete products machine that produces three (3) or four (4) blocks at a time, or can be customized for other special applications.
These machines turns products ranging from half-high units up to 300mm (12 inch) tall units and are outfi tted with counter-controls that can selectively turn only the base course, or can handle odd block and mixed mold boxes by accurately counting and turning partial pallet loads. Proper and gentle handling of the block is ensured by clamp hydraulic cylinders providing maximum product control.
The clamp pads themselves are made of adjustable and replaceable rubber-covered fingers to provide maximum control for a wide variety of end core configurations and sizes. The operation of these machines is designed from the outset to be efficient and economical. For example, the infeed is designed to store an extra block to permit continuous depalleting and the infeed bar conveyor offers full speed adjustment and delivers smooth product motion during high-speed operation.
The clamp assembly is modular and easily replaceable.
