Cube Pallet Injectors

Block pallet injectors serve the same purpose as wood pallet injectors, but use a tier of turned concrete block instead of a wood pallet. They use a vertically accumulating magazine to

handle the pallets. These machines automatically dispense one pallet from the injector to the cuber’s tier loading platform. They are fed one (1) at-a-time for each cube based on the cubing

program sub-routine. The storage magazine also features a low pallet alarm advising the operator when it is time to reload. The storage magazines come in a wide variety of sizes to accommodate different size pallets.

 

Optional large capacity accumulators are capable of containing a suitable quantity of pallets to ensure continuous operation for an entire shift.
