D-Series Concrete Products Machine

Our intermediate capacity series, the Tiger D-Series Concrete Products Machines are durable, reliable and economical, even at high production rates. The ideal replacement for obsolete and expensive small pallet block machines, these machines rely on the proven mold vibration design, but with a unique “quadruple vibrator” system.

Synchronized vibrators, using counter rotating shafts, provide programmable variable vibration as well as dual layer product capability. This series has a specially designed vibration system unique to each machine model. Their vibro-compaction design provides more uniform wave amplitude from the front to the rear of the mold. This creates a more dense and homogeneous products and requires less cement. These machines use a simple and effective mold clamping and retention mechanism that allows them to change molds with much less effort than is required with competitive equipment.

This advantage allows for effortless multiple mold changes per shift and permits the manufacture of multiple products each day. The most versatile machines in their class, the D-Series offers the largest variety of handling and cubing systems available. Specialty pallet sizes are available for this series.
