HF-Series Splitters
The HF-Series of splitters (Hand Fed) are simple, easy to operate, manual or semi-manual splitters designed to perform well under any situation.
These units are different from other units in the market and are capable of up to 300 splits per hour. They are capable of two-way splitting, and can split end products from18 mm high up to 300 mm tall.
These units use a single blade configuration that is easy to change. The HF-Series uses a floating splitting roller table that is spring loaded. They can also use dual or single splitting blades. The HF-4W uses a single cylinder while the HF-2W uses two separate cylinders. These splitters can be set up “in line” to allow corners splits. The hydraulic system uses an axial piston pump, and is low pressure. These units are rugged and weigh a whole metric ton because of their frame strength. They use a simple control panel and simple guided feeding of splitting products.
The hydraulic power unit (pump, oil tank, valve manifold and pump motor) are built in within the chassis/frame of the splitter. These type of units are easily transported due to their compact size and can be used at an on-site job for split products. Alternatively, the hydraulic power unit (pump, oil tank, valve manifold and pump motor) in the HF-4W Series is separate from the body of the splitter.
