In-Line Rumbling Lines
Tiger’s rumbling lines are for in-line use.
The rumbling system offers a “multiple station” set-up. First is the “Chipping Station” handling the edges and corners of the products. . Second is the “Surface Scuffing” station. (Both stations can be a one or two unit system) The last station is the “Cleaning” station. The antiquing process is
done via hardened movable heavy fingers, oscillating on a pendulum moved by a true robotic arm. Rumblers can be coupled with in-line cuber systems models offering various automation options.
