TSP-Series Splitters
The TSP-Series of splitters (automatically fed) are also simple, easy to operate, they are fully automatic feeding
splitters that use a different confi guration that other splitters in the market.
They are capable of up to 1.300 splits per hour. They use an encoder positioning system and they are capable of two-way and four-way splitting, and can split end products from 40 mm high up to 305 or 405 mm tall.
These units use a single blade configuration that is easy to change. Use a floating splitting roller table that is supported by air bags. Can use dual or single splitting blades. It uses two larger cylinders. The hydraulic system uses an axial piston pump, and is low pressure. These units are rugged and weigh a whole three and a half (3.5) metric tons because of their frame strength. They use a positioning encoder. The control panel uses a touch-screen graphic color interface.
The hydraulic power unit (pump, oil tank, valve manifold and pump motor) is separate from the body of the splitter. These splitters along with the TSP-16 are the only units which have the option of adding a “Rotating-Blade” holder and blade in a every short time.
